Examine the wall of the blood vessel. Smooth muscle fibres with well marked nuclei are seen in the tunica media(middle layer). Note that some of the nuclei are in spiral forms. It is impossible to demarcate the outline of the cells at this magnification(X40 objective). Ignore the rest of the tissue.
