Over the years, however, I have realised two things that made me decide on a career as a clinician-scholar/teacher: Firstly, one does not need to be a genius to teach well. A/Prof Kanagasuntheram would like to contribute towards a new perception of Human Anatomy as something not just beautiful to behold but interesting, exciting, dynamic and above all, fun to learn. One of his multi-media learning tools, Gross Anatomy (Anatomy of the Neck), is used as a teaching resource by the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, Rochester, Minnesota.
