| The MN programme equips APNs with advanced knowledge, skills and competencies to:

perform health and physical assessments, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests;
plan and manage patients with altered health status in collaboration and consultation
with other healthcare professionals;
furnish medications within a defined formulary and evaluate therapies;
apply ethical principles to resolve ethical dilemmas;
critique, synthesise and evaluate research literature;
apply evidence-based knowledge to improve practice.
