The Department of Pharmacology won a Silver Award in the
Annual Safety
and Health Performance Award (ASHPA) for 2005.
The Department of Pharmacology won a Gold Award in the
Annual Safety
Performance Award (ASPA) for 2004.
The Department of Pharmacology EYES (Ensuring Your Environmental Safety) Team conducted a
3-month safety campaign and competition entitled
"Together We Care". The EYES Team won the Silver Award
for the
Safety Innovation Team Programme (SITP) 2004.
Prizes for the Departmental "Together We Care" Safety Competition

The Department of Pharmacology was the only department in the
University to win

competitions announced at the Safety and Health Week 2005 Opening
Ceremony.
