These lesions comprise 80-85% congenital cardiac disease:

Left to Right Shunts (acyanotic)

• Patent Ductus Arteriosus
• Atrial Septal Defect
• Ventricular Septal Defect
• Atrioventricular Septal Defect

Right to Left Shunts (cyanotic)

• Transposition of the Great Arteries
• Tetralogy of Fallot

Obstructions

• Aortic Stenosis
• Pulmonary Stenosis
• Coarctation of the Aorta
• Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome
