* You are required to submit your registration form accompanied with a letter from your Head of Department for verification purposes. Method of Payment Payment can be made through Cheque / Credit Card. All bank charges must be borne and pre-paid by the registrant. Registration received without payment will not be processed. Please indicate method of payment: - Cheque enclosed, payable to 'National University of Singapore' - Credit Card , it is mandatory that the credit cardholder's name is Cancellation Policy Cancellation must be made in writing at the address given. Your registration fee, less SGD 75 /-administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received for cancellations on or before 30 April 2012. For refunds via Bank Draft, an additional SGD 20 for bank charges will be deducted from your refund. No refunds for cancellations after 30 April 2012 or “no show” participants. Points to Note - Proof of postage does not imply receipt by the department. - Welcome dinner is included in the registration fees DISCLAIMER.
While every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the workshop mentioned in the announcement will take place as scheduled, the organizers reserve the right to make changes should the need arise.
