Patients who have recently been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder
- Patients who have begun pharmacotherapy
- Patients who have been referred for psychotherapy treatment

Please complete a referral form and patient can be scheduled through the appointment desk.
Cost : $22.50 per session for subsidized patients
Venue : Neuroscience Clinic
Time : 4th Monday of each month, 9:30 to 10:45 am
