Objective
To provide education and support for patients and family members regarding the management of schizophrenia.
Topics covered
Disease of schizophrenia, medication, treatment compliance, coping with the illness, stress management, effective communication, relapse prevention, life skills, nutrition and weight management. We will discuss the topics relevant to the patients present.
Ideal Participants
Patients and family members of patients diagnosed with schizophrenia or psychosis who are receiving treatment with any provider at the Neuroscience clinic and have already begun medication therapy.
How to refer
Please complete a referral form and patient can schedule through appointment desk. Same day referrals welcome.
Cost: S$22.50 per session for subsidized patients.
